Joyous!
This is one of my favourite jazz albums-a simply joyous recording that always brings a smile to my face. The DSD128 transfer is fabulous and along with other HDTT transfers brings a human quality to digital recordings. I have a regular Silver collection cd and although that sounds good, the DSD128 transfer really elevates the musical quality of this performance, adding detail, texture and an analogue warmth not apparent before. It just sounds much more satisfying, so well done to the HDTT team.

Getz (Saxophone) and Oscar Peterson (piano) make great jazz!
This is the best Stan Getz recording that I own (and the only HiRes one that I own). Peterson’s piano and Getz’s saxophone are to smooth and complement one another, so well. Another excellent HDTT transfer of a great performance that was well recorded.

Another High Quality Jazz Download
This download went seamlessly and the music plays flawlessly on my digital audio player. It’s higher resolution is very noticeable. Very pleased with this purchase and website.

An iconic album from 1957
No one played the "star" in this October 10, 1957, recording session. It was a collegial gathering of musicians who respected one another and could simply enjoy making music together. They demonstrate a deep understanding of each other's playing styles and the result are cohesive and captivating performances aptly reflect this collegiality. It is a testament to the musicianship of all involved. It's is also one of the classics in the jazz genre and belongs in every collection. The sound of this mono 15ips tape is simply gorgeous in this pristine Pure DSD256 transfer.
