Lee the Man!
Amazing recording. Thank you
Terrific hard bop from 1965, terrific DXD sound
One of the seemingly endless parade of knockout jazz albums from the nineteen sixties. Look at what this one has going for it: personne:l Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, Harold Mabern, Billy Higgins, Bob Cranshaw label: Blue Note, producer: Alfred Lion, recording: Rudy Van Gelder This is absolutely perfect classic hard bop. All the playing is first-rate. The sound is well, HDTT DXD; need I say more? Are you a jazz lover, or aren't you? If you aren't, you're probably not reading this review anyway. If you are, try not to lunch too fast toward your keyboard to buy this download.
