I wonder why they put the musically weakest piece - the Arnold - first It's not that good, frankly. After that, however, all springs to life with sprightly, sympathetic recordings of the Giuliani (you'll recognise the tunes...), Britten and Vivaldi, all sympathetically played by Bream. Clear sound, but far to close miked for my taste. RCA lost it very fast after the great Louis Layton era...
