Put them in a room and wonderful music comes out
Coltrane, Chambers, Garland, and Taylor - how could you ever go wrong? This is an excellent jam session with Rudy van Gelder capturing it all very nicely. Well, perhaps except for the piano. Always a difficult instrument for van Gelder in this time period for some reason. But, don't let that put you off. This is some great playing by Coltrane who is simply released by the crew to do his thing. A very clean open recording and excellent transfer.

Why no review
Why no review so far ? Any thing by Coltrane.......Plus Garland & Chamber got to be five stars !
