Unusual
This is a clear wide-dynamic range recording of a great orchestra, but what is most striking to me is the clarity and stability of the soundstage image. When the brass play they are ‘right there’. Maybe the phasing of the microphones was perfect that day. Whatever the reason I am impressed.
