This vinyl classic sounds even better in this DSD transfer. I was not disappointed with this purchase. It exceeded my expectations.
A Score in Search of a Film
Terrific new presentation has outstanding detail and warmth. Cinematic, evocative fun in demonstration sonics.
Antill Corroboree & Panambi Suite - Sir Eugene Goossens LSO
these are two great pieces. i love the Corroboree. impeccably recorded and transferred.
(DSD 256 REDUX version). This is a demonstration quality recording. I am amazed that the original tape captured such a wide dynamic range. There is no congestion in the heavily orchestrated passages. The highs are sparkling and transients are sharp and clear. Instrumental textures are captured with surprising clarity (for instance bass clarinets in Corroboree). The imaging is ‘you-are-there’ quality.
