Adolphe Adam: Giselle-Romantic Ballet in Two Acts-Herbert von Karajan
The interpretation of Adolphe Adam's piece, Giselle, by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Herbert Von Karajan seems excellent to me. As for the sound quality, in DSD128 format, the sound definition that is achieved with formats like DSD256 is a little lacking, but even so, it also seems excellent to me.
Karajans take on Giselle
Liked both the performance and the sound. Find it inconvenient though, that the DSD64 album consist of 2 files only (around 1.2 GB each). First you need a lot of RAM for your player to load this size of files and second you can’t just pick a specific track / movement after the first listening.
