Bad disk shipped, no reply to multiple emails for refund

This company shipped us an UNPLAYABLE DVD-Audio. We have EXACTLY the right gear to play it (which plays all OTHER DVD-Audios and all other formats). This company has not replied to any of several emails we sent them asking for a refund. We're doing a credit card dispute since this company is either hopelessly disorganized or dishonest.

One of my all time favorite recordings.

Heroic Music for Organ, Brass and Percussion - E. Power Biggs & The New England Brass Ensemble is an L/P I have owned for decades and played frequently. As a result the L/P was audibly degraded.I have looked in vain for a CD copy or a download for years. I stumbled upon the download here at HDTT. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the download, the ease of the download and the cost. I highly recommend this site for anyone looking for a suitable replacement for lost or degraded recordings.

Outstanding Clarity!

My first and recent purchase was Heroic Music for Organ, Brass and Percussion. I expected the transfer to be weak in the high frequencies due to the elimination of tape hiss, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The high end was absolutely crystal clear with no hint of hiss. Truly a high-def transfer!

DSD256, DSD128 & DSD64 Direct Stream Digital formats are only playable on compatible hardware and software.
24bit 352.8kHz PCM Flac (DXD) DXD is only playable on compatible hardware and software.
24bit 192khz PCM Flac is playable on most all playback devices
24bit 96khz PCM Flac is playable on most all playback devices
